✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Free from stains, fragrance, or damage

  • Returned within the specified return window

Final sale items, accessories, and custom or special occasion dresses are non-returnable.

🚚 How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions along with a return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
